My Story

Dani's journey began with a personal mission to heal from loss and overwhelming life challenges, and today, she is deeply committed to helping others reconnect with their highest self to do the same.

Dani's experience spans across a variety of settings, including non-profits, private practices, and hospital systems in both New Jersey and New York. Her diverse background in clinical settings has given her a deep understanding of the complexities of trauma, grief and healing.

Combining talk therapy with additional therapeutic modalities such as yoga, reiki, EMDR, EFT, and breath-work, Dani offers a holistic approach to healing that empowers her clients to feel grounded, balanced, and fully aligned with their true essence. 

This has been my medicine and it is placed on my heart to share this medicine with you.

My goal is to help you reconnect with your authenticity and confidence, heal past wounds, find peace, and restore balance between your mind, body, and spirit.

It is my mission to empower adults to cultivate self-regulation, embrace their mind-body connection, and tap into their inner wisdom.

Through this process, you can expect to navigate life’s challenges with more resilience, while stepping into your most connected and empowered version of yourself.

By grounding yourself in mindful awareness, you can let go of what no longer serves you, reclaim your energy, and experience the full power of your true potential.

There have been various points in my life where I felt completely stuck after experiencing life transitions, grief, and change too. 

  • Are there moments when everything feels completely out of your control, where you feel powerless to your current circumstances?

  • Are you feeling lost or scattered in your life?

  • Have you been just going from day to day feeling totally disconnected from your body and the things you once enjoyed doing?

Trust me, I've felt this too- I SEE YOU.

Life transitions whether it’s a job change, moving, divorce, starting a family, loss of a loved one, traumatic experiences, even daily stressors--they can all show up as a dysregulated nervous system (hello anxiety, depression, fatigue, self-sabotage, irritability, and lack of focus).

I see you, feeling like it's nearly impossible to stay focused and grounded, and not knowing why or what to do about it, but knowing something has to change.

Sometimes dysregulation shows up as grief: anger, denial, depression, numbing, or even acceptance… And if you are feeling this I am here to tell you IT IS ALL OKAY and a natural response to change... And I have been here before too.

You are not STUCK, and you don't have to struggle forever.

Loss and change can feel incredibly depleting—especially if it feels out of your control. 

This was the same for me, until ...

I immersed myself in learning new ways to self-regulate through holistic medicinal practices like EMDR, Tapping, Hypnotherapy, Breath-work, Reiki and Yoga. These are the tools I'd like to share with you.

  • It is time to reconnect with your breath, your body, and your sense of self. It is time to learn specifically HOW to regulate your nervous system when you need to befriend it most.

  • Give yourself permission to SLOW DOWN and remember who you authentically are deep down.  

  • Feel what you need to feel in order to fully experience and recognize where you are at right now, and move through it powerfully.

I want to remind you that it is time to rebuild and reconnect with yourself, and you don't have to do it alone.

PROFESSIONAL BIO

Danielle Radigan is a NY state Licensed Therapist and Certified Coach for adults who are ready to fully embody their true essence, heal the nervous system, and find alignment in the body, mind, and soul.

Danielle has been trained and certified in various healing modalities including Reiki, Yoga, EMDR, Tapping, Hypnotherapy, and Neurolinguistic Programming. Through Therapy, Coaching Services, Workshops, and embodiment techniques, Dani helps adults heal the nervous system from trauma and grief, and release anxiety with energetic ease so they can feel embodied, empowered, and have a deeper connection with their intuitive self. 

Dani has a BA in Psychology and Holistic Health, a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and 10+ years of experience in the Mental Health field. She built a holistic coaching business in just over 2 years and her passion is in helping her clients transform their lives by reconnecting with their bodies, shifting their mindsets, and regulating their nervous systems. Through one on one remote sessions, festival workshops, self-led coaching programs, corporate wellness days, and pop up events- Dani's passion is helping other's ground down to awaken, recharge, and HEAL within.

*Dani lives in the beautiful Fingerlakes of Upstate NY - however is open to travel to hold workshops around the country.
