Mind, Body, Soul Connection with
Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP)
Expanded insight. Grounded support. Lasting transformation.
Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) is a trauma-informed, research-supported approach that combines the healing potential of ketamine with the safety and depth of intentional therapy. When used in a therapeutic setting, ketamine can help quiet rigid thought patterns, support nervous system regulation, and create space for new insights to emerge.

KAP is especially helpful for individuals who feel stuck in traditional talk therapy, are looking to gain new insights, or who are navigating treatment-resistant depression, anxiety, PTSD, or chronic stress. With the right support, this work can foster emotional breakthroughs, enhanced self-awareness, and a reconnection to purpose, intuition, and possibility.
KAP Session Overview
My role is to guide and support your process with compassion, presence, and clinical grounding. Together, we tailor the work to your needs. A typical KAP process includes:

Preparation
We begin with 50 minute therapeutic sessions to explore your intentions, review your history, and build emotional safety. This also includes partnering with a medical provider through Journey Clinical to complete your one hour medical intake and determine whether ketamine is appropriate for you. If approved, the prescriber will provide personalized dosing instructions for oral ketamine.

Medicine Session
If cleared by the prescriber through Journey Clinical, you'll take the sublingual ketamine (in the form of a lozenge) with therapeutic support throughout. Medicine sessions last approximately three hours and are held in a safe, calm setting. I’ll be with you throughout the entire session to offer grounding, emotional support, and containment. These sessions may be held in person or remotely, depending on location availability, your unique needs and treatment plan.

Integration
After each medicine session, we’ll meet for a 50-minute integration session to reflect, process what emerged, and help you make meaning of your experience. This is where deep transformation often takes root— it’s a key part of the healing process.
*Please note: You’ll need a trusted chaperone to drive you home after in-person dosing sessions. For virtual sessions, a responsible adult must be available to assist you as needed.
How Ketamine Supports Healing
Ketamine can act as a dissociative psychedelic with fast-acting antidepressant and mood-stabilizing effects. Many people begin to notice shifts in their mood, perspective, or emotional relief within 1–2 hours after a session, with benefits that can last up to two weeks or more.

Unlike traditional antidepressants that can take weeks to build up, ketamine works quickly by quieting overactive stress pathways and helping your brain form new, healthier connections. It blocks NMDA receptors and activates AMPA receptors in the brain, which supports the growth of new neural pathways — a process known as neuroplasticity. This boost in neuroplasticity can make it easier to shift long-standing patterns, process emotions more effectively, and create lasting change over time.
Because ketamine temporarily alters perception and consciousness, it can help you access deeper layers of emotion, memory, and insight — especially when supported by intentional preparation, therapy, and integration.
Psycholytic KAP Sessions
Option 1
Gentle exploration. Supported insight.
Psycholytic Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) involves the use of a low dose of sublingual ketamine in a calm, supportive setting. At this dosage, clients typically remain present, verbal, and reflective, allowing us to engage in a more interactive process throughout the session. Rather than entering a deeply altered state, this approach encourages real-time emotional processing, compassionate inquiry, and access to material that may feel difficult to reach in everyday awareness.
What to Expect:
Duration: Sessions are 90 minutes to 2 hours

Format: Clients self-administer a ketamine lozenge prescribed by a licensed medical provider

Setting: Sessions may be held in-person or via telehealth, based on your needs and preferences

Support: I will be present throughout the experience to guide, reflect, and ensure a safe and grounded container
Ideal for:
Gently accessing and processing difficult emotions
Exploring patterns and inner conflicts with support
Easing symptoms of depression, anxiety, or emotional overwhelm
Strengthening self-compassion and emotional clarity
Deepening therapeutic work through a new perspective
Investment
Session Rate: $200 per hour
Total Cost: $300–$400 depending on session length

Please note: The cost of the medical intake and ketamine prescription is not included in this fee. I partner with prescribers through Journey Clinical to support the medical component of care. If you’d like a referral to begin this process, I’m happy to help facilitate that connection.
Psychedelic KAP: 8-Week Protocol for Deep Transformational Work
Option 2
Structured support. Expanded insight. Lasting change.
This 8-week Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) series is designed for individuals ready to engage in deep emotional healing, nervous system repair, and meaningful transformation. Using moderate to high doses of ketamine in a safe, supportive environment, this protocol guides you through a powerful arc of preparation, medicine sessions, and integration.
Each component of this experience is structured with care — helping you not only access expanded states of consciousness, but also ground the insights and clarity that emerge into your day-to-day life.
What's Included
1 Preparation Session
We begin with a thoughtful intake session focused on intention-setting, education, and personalized support. We’ll talk about what to expect, how to navigate the experience, and how to hold space for whatever arises.
8 Psychedelic KAP Sessions
These 2-hour sessions involve self-administration of a ketamine lozenge, often accompanied by music and eye shades to support an inward, contemplative journey. You’ll be safely held in a calming space, with therapeutic support throughout the experience for grounding, reflection, and emotional safety.
8 Integration Sessions
Within 1–3 days after each dosing session, we’ll meet for a 45-minute psychotherapy session to support integration. These sessions are where we deepen the work — helping you process emotions, explore insights, and anchor shifts into your body, nervous system, and daily routines. We’ll also draw on tools for regulation, mindfulness, and values-based action to help sustain the change.
